Magical Touch Car Wash Of Detroit

Avoid this place at all costs. I went in yesterday and followed the employee’s directions exactly. As I was pulling in, I clearly heard my rim scraping and immediately stopped. Instead of checking or taking responsibility, the employee gave me an attitude and told me to keep going like nothing was wrong. Once inside, my car was in neutral like they require, and I could still hear it scraping repeatedly the entire time. At that point I had no control to stop it. After the wash, I checked my car and one of my rims was damaged. This was not scratched before—this place caused it. The worst part is I raised the issue right away and was completely ignored. This is straight-up negligence. Either they don’t know how to guide cars properly or they simply don’t care about damaging customers’ vehicles. If you care about your car, do NOT come here.

This car wash has never failed me been going for years the gentleman here are very nice great customer service one of the best car washes in town hands down. Keep up the good work guys. This will be a great place to take your kids they would love going through it. They have different prices cheapest I believe is like $13 the highest I paid was $38 for everything and I always leave a tip after that. Windows be so clean it look like there rolled down. I haven’t tried their detailing service yet I want to try that soon. I would give yall advice on your lobby put a wet floor sign just in case I almost fell coming into the lobby.

Greetings! I am happy to say that I have been a loyal member for over 2 years! The customer service here is awesome. They are professional focused and very accommodating. I recommend if you reside in the metro area (Dearborn/Detroit) location, stop by.

Ok I’m going to update! Customer service 💯 I was contacted by the owner. Apologized and 100% will correct my issue. That’s the type of company who cares. Thank you Nick I’ll come see you next week. My daughter took my car to the greenfield location on Monday to help me out because we are going on a trip. She got the full in and out. The only thing was spot on was the vacuuming. Tires were shined up but rims still grimy. The back lift was still filthy. The window all streaked (said was because of nicotine) back seat windows still dirty. Dash was disgusting. The dash wipe down was a swipe and that’s it. The grim in the crevices and in the doors and the back trunk. I appreciate my daughter trying to help. But spending 1.5hrs cleaning up what she paid for is frustrating. The before and after so now I can pack my car.

When you pay almost 40$ to clean your car from inside and outside, you expect a good service. Unfortunately, i didn't get it. price is very high for such miserable service from inside. car from outside is clean and good, from inside is terrible cleaned. i highly recommend washing your car here from outside, don't even think about inside. i did once wash it from inside and outside here, and it was good. today i don't know what happened. but i am really disappointed.
